4. OPENING AN ACCOUNT

4.1. IWildCasino only allows one account per IP address (registration account IP address or log in IP address), home address (postal address), payment card, email address. 4.9. Only one account is allowed per user. If the user opened a different account under his name, IWildCasino reserves the right to close the accounts and ban the user.

4.10. The funds are not transferable from one player account to another. Accounts are not transferable as well. The user should not let any third party play on his account.

4.11. In case the user updates his account information, the user is required to send IWildCasino the updated verification document so we can verify his account.

4.12. We recommend that the user prints out (or saves) all relevant rules, policies and transaction records.

5. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

5.1. By agreeing to the Terms and conditions, the user authorizes IWildCasino to undertake verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm the age, identity and contact details to prevent money laundering.

5.2. In order to proceed with a user's identity verification, we require the following documents:

- A copy of a recent utility bill matching the recorded address on the user's account.

- A copy of the ID card or passport with photo.

- A copy of all credit cards used (front and back, hiding the 8 digits in the middle and the security code) or a screenshot or another alternative deposit method.

The authorization form, from IWildCasino, completed and signed by the user.

5.3. IWildCasino has the right to check and confirm the identity of the user at any time.

5.4. A verification call to the user should be done by IWildCasino to finalize the account validation.

5.5. Any attempt to elude the security checks will result in the closure of the account.

6. DEPOSITS

6.1. No cash payments are accepted. Only the encrypted methods mentioned on the payment page are accepted on IWildCasino.

6.2. The minimum deposit amount is €20 (or equivalent in other currencies). The maximum standard deposit is €2500 (or equivalent in other currencies).

6.3. Any winnings derived from a deposit that has been refunded (fraud, suspicion of fraud, chargeback, specific request...) is then automatically canceled and the session is considered void.

6.4. IWildCasino reserves the right to subcontract third-party payment processors and/or financial institutions referred to as “Electronic Service Providers” (ESPs), in order to process such financial transactions. 6.5. The deposit amount must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn.

6.6. IWildCasino does not issue refunds except for in exceptional circumstances. This is solely at IWildCasino’s discretion.

7. WITHDRAWALS

7.1. Withdrawals will be paid within 2 business days. For VIP Users, other terms may apply, as agreed with the VIP manager. Payments will priority be sent back to the processor by which deposits were made, if possible. IWildCasino reserves the right to make the final decision through which the payout method the customers receive their payouts.

7.2. The User's account must be verified. All verification documents must have been sent, and approved by our services to process his withdrawal.

7.3. There is a limit of 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests. The maximum withdrawal limits per transaction / in 24 hours / month are determined as follows:

7.7. These restrictions don't apply to progressive jackpot wins.

8. FRAUD BONUS - ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

8.1. All bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, e-mail address, address, credit card, IP address, telephone number and per household. it is forbidden to take advantage of the game's internal promotions with bonus money of winnings derived from promotions/bonuses (discounts granted for the purchase of a pack of scratch cards for example).

8.2. Bonus on deposit with a wagering requirement:

Bonus on deposit without any wagering requirement:

If a bonus has been claimed, the maximum bet allowed is €7.5 (or equivalent in other currencies), over the entire game session relating to the deposit having benefited from the bonus (both real/bonus balances). This rule also applies to the free spins or bonus-games a player can buy directly from a game since the amount of the purchase is considered as the amount of the bet.

8.2.1. In case a bonus has been claimed, it is forbidden to practice the “Bonus Hunt” (open all the free spins accumulated on the different games at the same time) after the balance has fallen below €0,50 (or equivalent in other currencies)

8.3. If IWildCasino realizes that a user has violated one of the conditions above or any other terms and condition of this contract, the company can opt for one or more of the following:

- Full bonus balance and real money balance cancellation.

- Cancellation of the full game session.

- Retention of the user's winnings obtained in this game session.

- Closing the User's account.

9. GAMES

14. LAW AND JURISDICTION

14.1. The laws of Republic of Costa Rica regulate and govern these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute or conflict that may arise from using this Website shall be resolved in accordance with the valid legislation of Republic of Costa Rica, under the jurisdiction and authority of the courts of the Republic of Costa Rica.
